Ceramic toilet water testing process and standards:
1. Measure the water seal: place the ceramic toilet on a horizontal workbench, pour water onto the clean surface, and measure the vertical distance from the top of the cutout to the water surface after the sewage outlet stops dripping. (Water seal ≥ 51mm)
2. Measure the air pressure: block the air pressure pipe connected to the U-shaped pipe to the sewage outlet. The height difference of the water column in the U-shaped pipe is ≥6
After 00 Pa, there should be air bubbles on the surface of the water seal (air pressure ≥ 600 Pa)
3. Install the water fittings: install the water fittings according to the model and water fitting parameters, and the water tank is still: connect the water inlet pipe, and use a flashlight to observe whether the water fittings and the water tank are leaking.
4. The seat ring is still: block the sewage outlet, increase the water level to overflow the water distribution hole, stand still for 5-10 minutes, use a flashlight to observe the air holes and pipes, and whether the cracks are leaking.
5. Measure the distance from the water surface to the overflow nozzle (WL-CL)
It should be between 10-38mm, the overflow nozzle to CL line (WL-CL) should be greater than 25mm, the lowest position of the unsealed port of the flushing device should be higher than the overflow water level (SL), and the vertical distance should be >5mm.
6. Measure the water volume of the semi-discharge: the water-saving semi-displacement is ≤4.2L, and the water volume requirement is less than or equal to 70% of the full displacement; at the same time, observe whether there is a siphon, the water does not stick to the surface and the water seal recovery (do 3 consecutive water seal recovery Not less than 51mm) for washing: Draw a circle of fluorescent lines at 25mm below the water distribution hole, and the total length of residual fluorescent lines after flushing should be <50mm and a single segment should be <13mm. Draw a red fluorescent line on half of the cleaning surface of the urinal, and the total length of the residual fluorescent line after flushing should be <25mm and the single segment should be <10mm.
7. Measure the total drainage water consumption:
Water-saving type with full displacement ≤ 6.0L and 100 polypropylene balls (≥92) passing through Ф41mm resin balls (including squatting toilets) for 3 consecutive times; urinal passing Ф19mm balls, flushing 4 pieces of artificial casings All through Pass.
8. Close the cover and observe whether the single and double levers of the handle are against the button and whether the seam of the cover is ≤1.5MM, and whether the length of the side-pressing chain is appropriate.
9. When pouring water, re-check the missing inspection of the previous process and the deformation of the installation surface, then tighten the water inlet valve, test the water engineering number, put them on the car and hand them over to the next process.
