LORY Ceramic Sanitary Ware Manufacturing Facility
Our factory is located in Changge, China, and produces over 3,000,000 ceramic toilets, basins, bidets, bidets, and squatting toilets every month. Based on the modern factory with advanced equipment and an experienced team, we produce high-quality ceramic sanitary ware for the bathroom building market.
Raw material preparation
We will select high-quality raw materials to produce ceramic toilets, basins, etc. The main raw materials include kaolin, feldspar, quartz, and other materials
Ball milling
The raw material will be put into different ball mills and mixed with a certain percentage of water to grind into a slurry. Sieving and Iron removal.
Let the slurry pass through a sieve to remove lumps and iron trioxide from the slurry. The compositions are well tested before the next progress.
Precipitation decay
Mud, and glaze slurry stored for a week before use, to increase the density of blank molding, not easy to deformation, precipitation of large particles of impurities while eliminating air bubbles in the slurry.
Stirring The Clay
According to the composition, the slurry of raw materials is mixed and stirred in proportion, filtered into the slurry tank, and then the slurry is sent to the production plant through the pump
Casting.
High-Pressure Casting
High-pressure casting is the latest manufacturing method that speeds up production (4 times faster than standard molds), ensures higher quality, and is weatherproof. From 2019, some of our ceramic basin and toilet models have been applied in high-pressure casting and appreciated by the market.
Standard Moulding
The mud is transferred through a pipe into a production mold made of plaster. It will remain untouched for more than ten hours until the shape of the ceramic basin or toilet is fully formed. The mold will then be opened and the blank dried.
First Time Drying
Once the ceramic toilet or basin is initially formed, flush holes, faucet holes and overflow holes (if required) will be made. The toilet or other ceramic product blank will then be dried in natural air or under an industrial fan. When it is 60 to 70 percent dry, it is ready for the body of the ceramic basin or toilet to be restored.
Repair the semifinished product of toilet & basin
Manual trimming is carried out by workers with more than 10 years of rich industry experience so that the products can be inspected and remedied before glazing and firing, so as to improve the quality of finished products, improve the qualified rate of products, and then reduce the production cost. The key point of ceramic product body repair is the flatness of the product surface, the straightness of the concave-convex part, and the edge. Repair tools include sandpaper, repair knife, and brush.
Second time drying
After repairing the green body of the ceramic toilet and other sanitary wares, they will be sent to a space with a temperature of 50 to 60 degrees (℃), or 122 to 140 degrees (℉). The product will be dried to 70% to 80% and enter the next link. Semi-Finished Product Inspection
At each production stage, our workers check the completion of the previous step before starting a new one. This is the second product inspection in the production process, this inspection is to check the product for air bubbles, pinholes, or cracks. Workers in hazmat suits clean the product with a sponge, apply kerosene, and check it for defects under a light. If the green body is defective, it will be returned to the previous steps for reproduction.
Glazing
Using an all-around automatic glaze spraying machine, the glaze is evenly and comprehensively sprayed onto the semi-finished body. By spraying 0.8mm thick glaze of nanomaterial, it helps to clean the toilet and other sanitary ware with high brightness, easy cleaning and reduces the breeding of bacteria.
Here we can put your logo on the toilet with your logo that will help you spread your brand.
Kiln firing
Before firing in the kiln, the moisture content of the semi-finished ceramic products should be less than 5%. It stays in the tunnel kiln for more than 17 hours (the length of each tunnel kiln in our company is more than 120 meters), and the firing temperature is 1280 degrees to make the ceramic toilet or other ceramic sanitary ware completely porcelainized.
Tunnel kilns are generally divided into preheating zone, firing zone and cooling zone.
Appearance inspection & Functional testing
Inspection of finished products, including appearance inspection, wash function test, water absorption, chemical resistance, crack resistance, pollution resistance and flame resistance.
Ensure that the function can be realized and pursue the maximum aesthetic function at the same time.
Storage
Qualified ceramic products will be stored in the warehouse for packaging and waiting for loading
Package
Packaging with your brand on it will hold the goods here. Custom-designed packaging helps brands stand out. Good packaging saves space in the container, reduces breakage of goods in transit, and helps to store better in your warehouse or store.
